In 2012 we travelled to Singapore for a few days before heading onto Thailand. From Bangkok we took the overnight train to Chiang Mai and stayed at the Elephant Nature Park, then finished our holiday back in Phuket at Bang Tao.

We stayed in Chiang Mai at The Rim and explored the old walled city and markets. We visited the Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep temple which overlooked the city.
From Singapore we flew to Bangkok and visited the floating markets, tiger temple, river kwai, before catching an overnight train to Chiang Mai.
We took the girls to Singapore for their first time. They loved Santosa Island and having breakfast with the Orangutans at the Singapore Zoo.
